ParkTraveler Scholarship
ParkTraveler is proud to sponsor a $500 scholarship program to support students in achieving higher education. To apply to this scholarship, please follow the instructions below.
Topic
The winner of this scholarship will be determined by a submitted essay, approximately 2000 words long. The topic for the essay is: “Why the National Park System is a worthwhile investment in America’s future.” Feel free to use a mixture of policy data and personal anecdotes.
Criteria
All current college students, in good standing at an accredited non-profit institution of higher learning are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Deadline
The deadline for submissions for this scholarship is August 27, 2017.
